RECITAL TICKET PACKAGE

Recital Ticket Packages will be distributed to dancers whose accounts have been paid in full. If you have any questions or concerns about your account, please call the office at 205-678-4414 or login to your account online using the “My Account” link. Dress Rehearsal and Recital days are not the time or place to discuss billing. The studio office will be closed on Friday of recital week.

 

Each Recital Ticket Package will include the following:

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS:  A specified number of GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS for family/friends will be included in a family Recital Ticket Package.  The exact number of general admission tickets for a dance season's ticket package will be decided each season by the studio. If your family will not need all of your general admission tickets, you may give them to other families. 

 

Extra general admission tickets will be available for sale at the studio, at Dress Rehearsal, and on Recital day. Only CASH OR CHECKS CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT at the BJCC on the day of the recital. 

 

Two (2) BACKSTAGE WRISTBANDS: On recital day only -- One of the wristbands should be placed on your dancer’s costume bag and one should be worn by the person accompanying the dancer in the dressing rooms. THERE WILL BE NO ADMITTANCE TO THE BACKSTAGE /DRESSING ROOM AREA WITHOUT A WRISTBAND BAND.

RECITAL VIDEO:  A professional recital video will be taken during each recital show.  A digital download link will be emailed to dance families later in the summer.

One (1) RECITAL T-SHIRT VOUCHER:  Each studio dancer participating in the recital will receive a recital t-shirt voucher with their family Recital Ticket Package.  Extra recital t-shirts will be for sale the day of Dress Rehearsal and recital on a first-come first-served basis.

One (1) RECITAL PROGRAM BOOK VOUCHER: Please make sure to bring the VOUCHER the day of recital and redeem it in the theatre lobby. Extra program books will be for sale the day of the recital.

 

Each Recital Ticket Package for families with additional dancers will include the following:

               (1) additional wristband for the additional dancer's bag for each additional dancer

               (1) additional general admission ticket for admission for a guest per additional dancer

               (1) additional program book voucher per additional dancer

               (1) additional recital t-shirt voucher per additional dancer
